Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with The Confident Peach. The following terms and conditions constitute our shipping policy.
All orders are shipped via USPS
Shipment Processing Time
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Please allow 1-3 business days to process orders.
Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
Delivery times are Monday - Friday business days
*We currently do not ship internationally*
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your shipment order, we will contact you via email.
The Confident Peach is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active upon shipping your order.
Damages
The Confident Peach is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Confident Peach. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refunds and returns policy.
The following terms are applicable for specific products that you purchased from us.
The deadline to return your order is 14 days from the date on which you received your order.
You must inform us of your decision to return and refund by email Theconfidentpeach@yahoo.com
We will use the same means of payment as you used for your order.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the item to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

Items were purchased in the last 14 days upon receipt of delivery

Items must not be worn, altered or washed, and cannot be damaged in any way.

Returns after 14 days will receive store credit or exchange for the previous item value or less resellable condition

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

The Confident Peach is not responsible for return shipping fees

Items must have all tags attached.

All SALE, CLEARANCE, and PROMOTIONAL ITEMS are FINAL SALE

The Confident Peach offers exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or pattern
We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Damages
In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item. You must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored.
