Easy Breakfast Smoothie. Vegan friendly
For the past month, I have been making smoothies for breakfast. I’ve noticed how filling it is and the amount of increased energy. I’ve also noticed a huge change in my skin and the appearance of my body just from this small change. I believe small changes lead to a big reward. I made one small change to my eating and I’m happily noticing a difference.
All ingredients can be substituted for another. For example, almond milk for your choice of milk or maybe the fruit. Make the smoothie according to your liking.
Vanilla Protein Powder
Half of a Banana
Half of an Avocado
1 cup of Almond Milk ( Please use your milk of choice)
1 cup of Spinach ( optional)
