Easy Breakfast Smoothie

Easy Breakfast Smoothie. Vegan friendly

For the past month, I have been making smoothies for breakfast. I’ve noticed how filling it is and the amount of increased energy. I’ve also noticed a huge change in my skin and the appearance of my body just from this small change. I believe small changes lead to a big reward. I made one small change to my eating and I’m happily noticing a difference.

All ingredients can be substituted for another. For example, almond milk for your choice of milk or maybe the fruit. Make the smoothie according to your liking.



  • Frozen Strawberries

  • Vanilla Protein Powder

  • Half of a Banana

  • Half of an Avocado

  • 1 cup of Almond Milk ( Please use your milk of choice)

  • 1 cup of Spinach ( optional)

  • Feel free to link to the products you recommend

  • Don’t forget to include the optional add-ins to the recipe

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
